Rohan Ghosh is a villager of Kashimpur Purba Para area of Kashimpur Gram Panchayat under Barasat -l Development Block of the District North 24 Parganas. He belongs to an OBC family. He is 11 years old. His father Tarun Kumar Ghosh came to the Duare Sarkar camp to submit the application form for Medhashree scheme. However this Duare Sarkar 7th version offered him a unique opportunity of having access to the camps literally at his door-step. On the 7th version of Duare Sarkar, he approached to the Medhashree counter and submitted the form. Block administration accept his application and it was sent to his school for school approval. The present phase of Duare Sarkar has offered eligible citizen for availing their benefits from the Government.
