Ishan Sikder S/O Dipankar Sikder, is a 14 yrs old boy of Kashimpur Kangshabanik Shibalaya area of Kashimpur Gram Panchayat under Barasat-l Development Block of the District North 24 Parganas. He is a boy with infirmity, both physically and mentally. His father Dipankar Sikder came to the Duare Sarkar camp to ask whether his son can get any benefit from the Government or not. It was not possible for him to bring the boy with him. After knowing the situation, the Officers present in the camp enquired the case and found a pathetic situation. As soon as the enquiry procedure was over, the application for Manabik Scheme was registered through this came. The present phase of Duare Sarkar has offered eligible citizen like Ishan Sikder for availing their benefits from the Government.
